My journey has been shaped by the unwavering support of the amazing people in my life, igniting my drive and determination to serve as a beacon of support for others during pivotal moments in their lives.

One of the greatest attributions to my success today is rooted in my childhood. I was a gymnast, and our team suddenly was in need of a coach. My father stepped into the role, knowing little about the sport. His willingness to take on the challenge inspired me, instilling the determination and perseverance that became defining factors in my life. He was learning the ins and outs of the sport for me, and I was learning what true dedication looked like.

My mom was always behind the scenes, cheering me on, designing my uniforms and learning exactly what the judges were looking for. Together, we formed an unbreakable trio, and I became the best in the region over four states. The lessons learned as a highly competitive athlete built a strong foundation, knowing I can achieve anything I set my mind to.

Transitioning to college, I was a thousand miles away from my parents, homesick and lacking guidance. Mary, my college and career leader, became my anchor. She offered a space open without judgment and allowed me to explore my identity. She became like a second mother to me, offering guidance and kindness. I found my voice, gaining the self-confidence to define myself as the strong, compassionate and determined individual people know me as today.

During college, I met my husband, Allen, and together, we began to build our lives. We had three children, Erika, Alexis and Kyle, and I was able to stay home with them for 15 years. The memories I have from these times are priceless, and I feel grateful my husband and I were fortunate enough to make it work for our family. Those years were filled with balancing schedules, attending all of their events and being an unwavering source of support for them.

Once all my children were in school, I decided to get into real estate, thinking it would be a great part-time job. Almost immediately, I became absolutely obsessed with the industry. My athletic mindset kicked in, and I approached every aspect of real estate with the same fervor and determination that I once applied to gymnastics. I wanted to win on my client's behalf and deliver an experience that was truly unmatched.

Fran was with me from the beginning, much like a third mom to me. She asked to be my assistant, recognizing my drive and wanting to support me in this new endeavor. She handled things behind the scenes, letting me focus on becoming the best real estate agent I could be. It was a transformation, swapping my minivan for a professional vehicle, my mommy clothes for business attire and taking my family from being buried in debt to

putting three kids through college with ease.

Through the ups and downs of the market to opening my firm, I

was grateful to have Fran’s support. Unfortunately, in 2023, she passed away—it was a profound loss. Yet, her presence and unwavering belief in me lingers, propelling me forward in the industry we love. Her imprint is indelible, and I owe a significant part of my success to her.

Several years ago, I was able to retire my husband; he now works with me, supporting me as I continue to grow this amazing business. We have a great team of agents and are proud of the legacy we continue to build. This success is a testament to the hard work and resilience it took to get here, backed by the love, support and invaluable lessons from my parents and mentors.

Beyond business, it's the moments with my family that define the true richness of my life. With grandchildren now, we make it a priority to get our family together as often as possible. My husband and I also love to travel, seeing as much of the world as we can!

My commitment spans the entire real estate spectrum—from guiding first-time homebuyers to assisting those with million-dollar dreams. To me, it's not just about the transaction; it’s being an advocate for every client and keeping their needs a top priority. Whether it's a referral from a past client or a completely new connection, I approach each interaction with the same level of care and dedication.

When showing a home, it's not just about showcasing the best features. I'm on a mission to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed investment decision. I want you to know about any potential resale challenges or functional issues that might not be immediately apparent, ensuring this aligns with your short and long-term goals. When listing a home, I make sure I highlight the best and unique features to set it apart from other homes. By strategically showcasing the property, I help potential buyers envision their lives there. With a background in finance and a love for numbers, I specialize in negotiations, securing the best deal possible! Even after the transaction is over, I remain your REALTOR® for life, here to support you in every real estate endeavor!

Sincerely,
