Kaydence Weikle grew up in a small town in West Virginia where it was instinct to provide hospitality and devout care to all surrounding her. Kaydence has always been one who stood out from her peers. Nothing fueled her more than being able to find a solution to complex situations that others seem to accept as they were. When no one else had an answer, she was always eager to share her knowledge. For this reason, she has always been information hungry, listening to podcasts, reading books, keeping up with current events, and asking questions often enough to drive someone crazy. A common theme belonging to Kaydence is completing the impossible. She does not accept that something cannot be done. She will only accept that whoever tried before her didn’t quite try hard enough.

Kaydence began studying real estate in the summer just before starting her attendance at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where she is a Business, Entrepreneurship major. While in the Carolina School of Real Estate, there were many conversations with the summary of, “no one passes the first time”. Thankfully, this fueled Kaydence and only increased her motivation. She passed the mid-term, class exam, and finally, the state exam all in one attempt. She immediately started searching for a firm that aligned with her values. Kaydence was hired by Andrea Wilhelm, a top ten Realtor in North Carolina. Moving from West Virginia to North Carolina left Miss Weikle with infinite questions about the area she relocated too.

She discovered questions that wouldn’t have crossed the minds of natives to the area. This gave her an advantage because she can now relay this information and guidance to her clients. She understands each and every concern one may have and knows how to provide an answer that’s easily understood. Kaydence is an overly determined individual, and when she puts her mind to something it will be done. She has quickly learned that real estate can act as a financial tool. She hopes to teach her clients to own their home, rather than letting their home own them. She is thankful that her parents raised her to be honest and loyal. These necessary traits come naturally when working with clients. She looks to their goals as her own and looks at the ability to achieve them as an art!
