Andrea is the owner and founder of The Art of Southern Realty. She was raised in the Amish Country of Ohio, where her parents instilled in her the importance of honesty, integrity and serving others. Soon after graduation, Andrea headed south to college. After graduating with a B.A. in Business Finance from the University of Florida, she was one of the select few to go through a management training program with Florida National Bank. After several years in the Banking industry, she decided to take a few years off to raise her children. In 1993 Andrea and her college sweetheart Allen, moved their small family to the Greensboro/Summerfield area and have never looked back. To them, Greensboro is the best kept secret. It has been a wonderful place to raise their children and they would not want to live anywhere else. They have found their HOME!

In 2004 Andrea decided to get her real estate license. During her first year in the business, through hard work and dedication, she was the “Rookie of the Year”. During her second year, Andrea started her team, Andrea Wilhelm & Associates. With this team, she won National and Regional awards through Keller Williams Realty. They were the top producing Keller Williams of Greensboro team between 2012 and 2016. After reaching the top of her market, there was still so much she wanted to do.

In 2017, Andrea decided to open her own firm, where she could incorporate her values along with her real estate knowledge. As a result, The Art of Southern Realty was born. Andrea and her firm are dedicated, successful, agents who give God all the glory for their success. It’s never about the money, it’s about being the best for our clients. Andrea is a very spiritual person and gives thanks every day for every client and every agent at her company.

North Carolina is home to Bruce Szafran. On November 25, 2015, his wife and friend passed away from cancer. Debbie and Bruce were married for 40 years and she worked with Bruce in the Air Force and in the real estate business as his marketing director. In memory of Debbie, Bruce is now donating 10% of his commission to the Cone Health Cancer Center when you use him as your Realtor. Bruce worked for the Air Force and knows and understands the value of hard work, integrity, honesty, and ethics which makes him a great agent with Keller Williams. Kyle is graduating with a BA in Business Administration from NC State University with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He will be starting with the firm in January 2018. Kyle has worked for the Department of Commerce in Raleigh NC where he served under the Secretary of Commerce and Chief of Staff. He assisted with Economic Development projects where he helped NC compete for jobs while developing and advertising the NC brand. He will bring a wealth of knowledge to the business side of real estate.
